Save Our Tigers - 1411 Tigers Left

Hello All,

This is not spam, and it's time our tigers stopped being treated like it were too.
The tiger being a top predator at the head of the food chain, is a critical component of the ecosystem it constitutes. The extinction of the tiger means the irreversible loss of a sizable chunk of ecosystem and the biogeophysical processes that go with it.
The increasingly assertive symptoms of climatic doom, tempered with human indifference and callousness, does, in no small measure, forebode our annihilation.

In the selfish interests of self preservation, ( because the planet will go on with or without us) I urge you to take a look at the Website. It won't take long, and you owe it to yourselves.

Remember, the earth has all the time, but its denizens don't.

Thank you

  2. I believe they accept donations, although with all the bureaucracy and corruption, it's hard to track the funds. However, you can check out the WWF Website for information.

Tiger populations are dwindling die to habitat destruction, poaching, and illegal trade. The urban population scarcely has any role to play in any of these deplorable acts. It does seem though, that conservationist organisations have the wherewithal to address this problem (something we lack. So I suggest we just do their bidding. If a signature campaign is what they need, so be it. It would be most helpful to look at their Websites to find out how we may be able to contribute.

I'm glad this got your attention. That is a start. We need more people to awaken to the immediacy of this crisis. There are many more crises cued up at the threshold, seeking attention. But let's fight one battle at a time.

Do let me know if you have any ideas. I'll be most happy to implement them, if they can be.

I hope to collaborate with all of you on this and other pressing issues.

May the force be with the Tigers.
